Interiors Club is a platform that showcases interior designers and furniture brands across the UK. We provide a directory service that connects clients with interior design professionals and allows designers to showcase their work and services.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

4. Designer Profiles

Interior designers who create profiles on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about their services, qualifications, and experience
• Maintain the confidentiality of client information shared through our platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their professional practice
• Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on the rights of others
• Update their profile information as necessary to maintain accuracy

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Interiors Club and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute their content on our platform for the purpose of providing our services.
